Tire REgistration

ELIGIBILITY:

The GT Radial Warranty claim is applicable for 6 months from date of purchase or ≧5mm remaining thread depth, whichever comes first.

For every purchase of at least two (2) eligible tyres of the same size and pattern The warranty program covered all the tires patterns for Sedan, SUV & Runflat tires only. If an eligible tire becomes unserviceable from a warrantable condition, other than those listed in the exclusion, it will be replaced charging the owner a pro-rated amount.

The replacement tire price will be determined by multiplying the percentage of the usable tread worn by the Workshop Price (excluding all applicable taxes) at the time of the adjustment. Workmanship excluded in this warranty.

This warranty applies only for the tyres purchased in Peninsular Malaysia.

EXCLUSION/ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR GT RADIAL WARRANTY:

The Limited Tire Warranty does not apply to any tires which become unserviceable due to:

1. Improper mounting and dismounting of the tyre, imbalance of tyre and wheel
2. Wrong or improper repair
3. Under inflation, over inflation, improper tyre maintenance
4. Mechanical irregularity in vehicle or such as wheel or axle misalignment resulting irregular wear, rapid wear, damages to under-tread, carcass or steel belts;
5. Tyres used in competition/ motorsports like drifting and the like
6. Tyres used in wrong application (on-road tyre used in off-road)
7. Tyres fitted with incompatible, rims or wheels
8. Improper storage
9. Tyres bought second hand
10. Accident, fire, tyre alteration or vandalism
11. Tyres purchased from unauthorized channels or dealers
12. Tyres used on vehicles for commercial purpose or public utility including but not limited to taxi or car rental services
13. Aging caused by improper storage and weather-related damaged eg. Lightning strike.
14. External damage in contact with chemicals and sparks from welding works.
15. Loss of life, injuries, and vehicle damaged.

To activate the GT Radial Tire Warranty, customer or TAYARIA dealers should register online at https://www.gtradial.com.my/tire-registration. The following information will be needed:

1. Complete Name of Vehicle Owner
2. Contact Number/s
3. Email Address
4. TAYARIA Outlet Details
5. Vehicle Details
6. Tyre Details
7. Digital copy of Proof of Purchase (Sales Invoice or Official Receipt)
